UnyfyOps is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have complete control over your data. In compliance with data protection regulations and Meta’s Platform Terms, we provide a clear and simple process for users to request the deletion of their personal data.
Depending on how you use UnyfyOps, follow the applicable instructions below.
For Gym Members (End Users)
If you are a member of a gym or fitness center that uses UnyfyOps to manage attendance and send WhatsApp notifications, your gym owner is the primary Data Controller. UnyfyOps processes your data, such as your name, phone number, and attendance, on their behalf.
How to delete your data or opt out
Contact your gym
The fastest way to permanently remove your profile, attendance history, and phone number is to ask your gym administrator to delete your profile from their UnyfyOps dashboard.
Opt out of WhatsApp messages
If you only want to stop receiving WhatsApp reminders, reply directly to the UnyfyOps WhatsApp bot with the word “STOP”. Our system will instantly block future automated messages to your number.
Send a direct request
If you cannot reach your gym, email privacy@unyfyops.com with the subject “Member Data Deletion Request”. Include your phone number and gym name. We will coordinate with the gym owner to remove your data within 7 business days.
For Gym Owners (Subscribers)
If you are a gym owner using the UnyfyOps platform and wish to terminate your service and delete your account and all associated member data, follow these steps:
How to delete your UnyfyOps account
1.Send an email to privacy@unyfyops.com from the registered email address associated with your UnyfyOps account.
2.Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - [Your Gym Name].
3.In the body of the email, request the complete deletion of your account, UPI ID configuration, and all member database records.
What happens next
- Upon verifying your request, we will initiate the deletion process.
- All member data, check-in histories, and personal identifiers linked to your account will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days.
- Your Meta WhatsApp Business API linkage will be immediately disconnected.
Data Retention Exceptions
While your active profiles and contact lists will be deleted, UnyfyOps may retain certain highly restricted data strictly for legal, tax, and compliance purposes. This includes:
- Invoices and billing records of your UnyfyOps subscription payments, retained for accounting and tax compliance under Indian law.
- Logs of anonymous, aggregated usage data that cannot be traced back to any individual.
